Payments
Payments
Source allows you to send and receive payments to friends, families, business, and others. Source provides a virtual wallet that you can use to store funds for the express purpose of sending and receiving payments.
Sending Payments
Source allows you to send payments to anyone with access to the Source platform, or who will be able to access the platform. You must have a verified and validated Source account to send payments.
Receiving Payments
Source allows you to recieve payments from anyone with a verified and validated Source account. You must have a verified and validated Source account to receive payments.
Sending Payments | The Process
To send a payment, log in to your Source account. Locate the Send Payment Card on your dashboard. It is the third card in the top row. When you click the card, it will open to the Send Payment Interface. You must provide all of the following information to send a payment.
1) Your recipient's name, First and Last.
2) Your recipient's email address.
3) Your recipient's phone number.
4) Your recipient's address.
5) The amount.
6) The currency you would like to send the payment in.
7) Your payment method.
Receiving Payments | The Process
To receive a payment, log in to your Source account. Locate the Receive Payment Card on your dashboard. It is the sixth card on the dashboard; bottom row, second position. When you click the card, it will open to the Receive Payment Interface. If your account is verified and validated, the Recieve Payment Interface will notify you that you have recieved a payment. It will allow you to verify the sender, and take any actions you choose such as:
1) Reject the payment.
2) Return the payment.
3) or Accept the payment.
If your account is verified and validated, we presume that you are only receiving payments from people you know, or are familiar with. The amount of any payments you receive will be automatically credited to your account. Automatic acceptance of payments only happens for verified and validated accounts.
